Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead (BCL) in the Water Business Group to mentor staff, oversee delivery excellence, and advance water resource planning aligned with federal standards. You will partner with the Business Class Director and HDR teams to drive growth, knowledge transfer, and staff development across projects.

The role requires a clear delivery vision, multi-disciplinary leadership, and ability to work with market sector directors and regional leaders to achieve project success and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Lead or support standards and guidelines for technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participate in tactical planning and align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; support recruiting for key positions.
• Collaborate with client facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches; engage on pursuits as lead or team member.
