Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 10 years experience
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; act as Quality Control lead, technical advisor, and technical lead for specific projects
• Lead or support standards and guidelines technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency
• Participate in tactical planning including engagement with HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; recruit key positions in partnership with others
• Work with client facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches; engage on specific pursuits as lead or team member
