Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead (BCL) in water resources to work with the Business Class Director and HDR peers on monitoring and improving technical competencies, staff development, and delivery of water resource planning work that meets federal standards. You will promote a quality culture and drive growth and staff progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 10 years experience
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Good leadership and organizational skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
• Experience leading plan formulation for Federal clients is preferred

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture though project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Leading or supporting standards and guidelines to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participating in tactical planning and aligning initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
• Working with HDR teams to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches.
