Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead (BCL) to join our Water Business Group. You will partner with the Business Class Director and HDR colleagues to monitor and improve technical competencies, staff development, and the execution of water resource planning projects that meet federal standards.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, drive growth, and support recruitment and career progression while collaborating across market sectors to deliver excellent outcomes for clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 10 years experience
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Good leadership and organizational skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Leading or supporting standards and guidelines technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques.
• Participating in tactical planning and engaging HDR to align initiatives with market drivers.
• Working with client facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches.
