Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead (BCL) in our Water/Environmental Planning group to mentor staff, drive delivery excellence, and grow the market for water resources.

The role collaborates with the Business Class Director and HDR teams across markets to align initiatives with client needs, recruit key positions, and promote knowledge transfer while delivering high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience leading plan formulation for Federal clients is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Lead or support standards, guidelines, tools, checklists and workflows to enhance service quality.
• Engage in tactical planning, recruit key positions, and align initiatives with market drivers.
• Collaborate with client-facing and marketing staff to pursue opportunities.
