HDR invites a senior candidate to join the Water Business Group as a Business Class Lead (BCL). The role partners with the Business Class Director and HDR peers to elevate technical competencies, staff development, and project delivery in water resource planning that aligns with federal standards.

The successful candidate will bring senior leadership, a delivery-focused mindset, and a record of mentoring teams to achieve growth and project success across multiple markets and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Serve as a Quality Control lead, technical advisor, and technical lead for specific projects.
• Lead or support standards and guidelines, checklists, workflows to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Engage in tactical planning with HDR staff to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
