Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3 years of technical or field sales experience.
Valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and in competitive accounts to meet profit goals.
Understand business needs and propose improvement plans to grow sales.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including plant/facility executives.
Provide technical support and resolve customer challenges, escalating as required.
Analyze systems, interpret data, and provide written recommendations for optimal operations.
Actively promote Nalco Water innovations to sustain long-term relationships.
