Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our field sales team in the Midland, TX region. You will drive revenue growth by developing plans, building senior-level relationships, and delivering system assurance programs aligned with customer needs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years of technical or field sales experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license; immigration sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and assigned accounts to meet profit goals.
• Understand business needs and propose improvement and innovation plans to grow sales.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders within customers, including plant or facility executives.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer challenges; escalate as needed.
• Analyze systems, interpret data, and provide written recommendations for optimized operations.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations to foster long-term business relationships.

Conocimientos

Five years of technical sales

Valid driver’s license

Educación

Bachelor’s degree

Engineering or life sciences degree preferred
