Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, is seeking a field sales professional based in New York, NY to generate and execute sales plans within a defined territory. You will collaborate with customers to identify needs and promote innovative water treatment solutions to drive growth.

You’ll build relationships with plant executives, provide technical support, and perform data-driven analyses to optimize operations. Travel within a 50-mile radius is expected, with training opportunities and career paths

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering or life sciences preferred.
• Technical sales or field sales support experience.
• Valid driver's license; acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Immigration sponsorship not available for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing and competitive accounts to meet profit goals.
• Understand customer needs and propose continuous improvement and innovation plans.
• Develop relationships with plant/facility executives and key stakeholders.
• Provide technical support, resolve challenges, and escalate when needed.
• Analyze systems, interpret data, and deliver written optimization recommendations.
• Sell Nalco Water innovations to foster long-term business relationships.
