Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of technical or field sales experience.
• Valid driver's license required; DMV record acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans to meet profit goals, about 25% travel.
• Understand customer needs and propose improvement plans to grow sales.
• Build relationships with plant/facility executives and key stakeholders.
• Provide technical support, resolve customer challenges, escalate when needed.
• Analyze systems, interpret data, and provide written recommendations.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations to secure long-term partnerships.
