Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, seeks a Technical Sales Representative to join its sales team. You will drive revenue in targeted accounts with a consultative approach, building relationships and delivering system assurance programs that meet business needs.

Based in Oklahoma City or Tulsa with a 150-mile radius, this role offers a base salary, bonus and benefits, a company vehicle, and industry training. Travel <25% and growth into leadership roles are supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Technical sales or field sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
• Immigration sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and assigned accounts to meet profit goals.
• Understand customer needs and propose continuous improvement and innovation plans to grow sales.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders including plant or facility executives.
• Provide technical support to customers and resolve challenges.
• Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations for optimal operations.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations and technology to build long-term relationships.
