Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks a Technical Sales Representative based in San Francisco, CA to drive revenue and growth in institutional accounts. You will use a consultative approach to understand business needs and deliver system assurance through Nalco Water innovations.

You will build strong customer relationships, provide technical support, plan sales, and expand opportunities within targeted accounts across a ~200-mile radius with about 10% travel. A company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in technical sales or field sales support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base to meet profit goals.
• Understand customer needs and propose improvement plans to grow sales.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and executives.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer challenges.
• Analyze systems data and provide written recommendations for optimal operations.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations to build long-term relationships.
