Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks a Technical Sales Representative to join its sales team. You’ll drive revenue and profit growth in targeted accounts using a consultative approach and deliver system assurance programs to meet business needs.

You will build relationships with existing customers, provide technical support, and promote Nalco Water innovations. This role is based in Hawesville, KY with some overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of Technical sales or field sales experience.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Some overnight travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and assigned accounts to meet profit goals.
• Understand business needs and recommend improvement plans to grow sales.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including plant/facility executives.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer challenges, escalating as needed.
• Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations for optimal customer operations.
• Actively sell Nalco Water innovations to promote long-term relationships.
