Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive revenue and profit growth in targeted accounts within Oklahoma. You will use a consultative approach to build relationships, execute system assurance programs, and deliver Nalco Water innovations to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum experience in technical or field sales.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans within existing customer base and competitive accounts to meet profit goals.
• Understand customer business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders including plant/facility executives.
• Provide technical support, resolve customer challenges, and escalate when needed.
• Analyze systems and data to ensure customer operations run at optimal levels.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations and build long‑term customer relationships.
