Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years of technical or field sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing customers and competitive accounts.
• Understand business needs and propose continuous improvement plans to grow sales.
• Develop relationships with plant or facility executives and key stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer challenges.
• Analyze systems and data to optimize customer operations.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations to build long-term relationships.
