You will balance relationship building with technical support and deliver tailored improvement plans for customers’ water treatment needs.

You will lead with Nalco Water innovations, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and travel about 25% of the time to client sites while ensuring rigorous compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Technical sales or field sales experience required.
• Current and valid driver's license required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans to meet profit goals in existing and competitive accounts.
• Work with customers to understand needs and propose improvement and innovation plans.
• Build relationships with facility executives and key stakeholders.
• Provide technical support, identify challenges and escalate as needed.
• Analyze systems, interpret data, and provide written recommendations for optimal operations.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations to foster long-term customer relationships.
