Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business and expand customer relationships across an assigned territory. You will deliver customized waste and recycling solutions and act as a trusted advisor to businesses and municipalities.

You will prospect, build a strong sales pipeline, and work with Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance to ensure a seamless onboarding and outstanding service experience from first meeting through implementation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside sales or related business development experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationships.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory.
• Prospect daily via cold calls, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Meet with prospective customers to understand operations and propose customized waste solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals and service recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms while balancing customer and company needs.
• Maintain accurate activity, forecast, and pipeline data in CRM.
