Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative in Brooksville, FL. You will build a robust sales pipeline, identify opportunities, and develop long-term customer relationships for customized waste and recycling solutions.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience to ensure a seamless onboarding and exceptional service. A driven, self-motivated salesperson thrives here, with room for growth and earnings through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Ability to generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the assigned territory.
• Prospect daily through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, and community involvement.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Meet with prospective customers to understand operations and propose customized waste and recycling solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals and service recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contract terms.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Represent Coastal Waste & Recycling at events and meetings.
