Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business and expand relationships across the Southeast.

You will identify opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and deliver customized waste and recycling solutions to businesses, municipalities, and partners. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience to ensure a seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ year outside sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven ability to generate new business through prospecting and networking.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow your assigned territory.
• Prospect daily through cold calling, networking, referrals, and events.
• Meet with prospective customers to understand operations and propose customized solutions.
• Prepare professional proposals and service recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close contracts while aligning with company goals.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
