Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business in the Lantana, FL area. You will build a robust pipeline, develop customer relationships, and deliver customized waste and recycling solutions across the territory.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience to ensure excellent onboarding and ongoing service. The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 1+ years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in B2B services and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
• Prospect daily through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, and events.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Meet with prospective customers to understand operations and propose solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contract terms with balance of needs.
