Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a Sales Executive in Florida to develop new business and expand customer relationships by delivering customized waste and recycling solutions across the territory.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, collaborate with operations and finance, present proposals, and negotiate terms to meet revenue targets. This dynamic team offers growth in a fast-growing environmental services company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage a pipeline.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish/Creole).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory.
• Prospect daily through calls, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Meet with prospects to understand operations and recommend solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to balance client needs and company goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast updates.
• Represent Coastal at events and community meetings.
