Job summary

LB Capital is hiring a Customer Experience Representative in the Prescott area to re-engage warm leads and convert them into long-term homeowners. You will educate clients, build trust, and close deals virtually in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Ideal candidates are proven closers with roofing/exterior sales experience or strong transferable skills, and are comfortable with CRM tools, iPads, and Microsoft Office. Competitive pay and growth await.

Qualifications

• Proven closer with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in roofing or exterior home improvement sales preferred.
• Comfortable closing deals virtually in a fast-paced environment.
• Natural communicator who builds trust and rapport quickly.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems, tablets, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients who previously chose not to move forward.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners solve exterior issues with tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM software.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights.
