Job summary

Medium is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to re-engage warm leads, including past clients who didn’t move forward, and convert them into long-term customers. You’ll educate homeowners and close deals virtually in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You’ll thrive by working with warm leads, conducting follow-up calls, and building trust using CRM tools to close deals, while staying current on product knowledge and market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience selling roofing or exterior home improvement products preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable selling and closing deals virtually.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients who previously chose not to move forward
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners solve roofing and exterior issues with tailored solutions
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM software
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights
