Job summary

LB Capital is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to re-engage warm leads and convert them into long‑term customers. You’ll educate homeowners, build trust, and close deals virtually in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You’ll work with the sales team to develop strategies, stay updated on market trends, and maintain CRM records. The role emphasizes coaching, growth, and a clear path to advancement within a family‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Proven closer with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling roofing or exterior home improvements preferred.
• Skilled at virtual closing in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Tech-savvy with CRM, iPad/iPhone, and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients who previously chose not to move forward
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners solve roofing and exterior issues with tailored solutions
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM software
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights
