Job summary

LB Capital is seeking a Customer Experience Representative in the United States to engage warm homeowner leads and re-engage past clients. You will educate homeowners, build trust, and close deals virtually in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The role offers base salary plus commission, with up to 5% commission on completed jobs and an average of $1,000 per closed deal, plus benefits like health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling roofing or exterior home improvements is a plus.
• Comfortable closing deals virtually in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients who previously chose not to move forward.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners solve roofing and exterior issues with tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM software.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights.
