Qualifications

• A proven closer with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experienced in roofing or exterior home improvement sales (preferred).
• Comfortable closing deals virtually in a high-paced, competitive environment.
• A natural communicator who builds trust and rapport quickly.
• Tech-savvy — comfortable with CRM systems, iPads/iPhones, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Confident, self-disciplined, and highly motivated.
• Analytical, with a good read on market trends.
• Team-oriented, with a genuine desire to help clients and win together.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients who previously chose not to move forward.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners solve roofing and exterior issues with tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM software.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights.
