Job summary

LB Capital is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to re-engage warm leads and convert them into loyal customers. You will educate homeowners, build trust, and close deals virtually in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The role offers a base salary plus commission with up to 5% commission on completed jobs, health/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. PTO after 90 days and fast-track promotions are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven closer with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with roofing or exterior home-improvement sales is a plus.
• Comfortable closing deals virtually in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients who previously chose not to move forward.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor helping homeowners solve exterior issues with tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM software.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights.
