The ideal candidate is a proven closer with experience in exterior home improvements, comfortable with CRM tools, and motivated by performance-driven income.

Qualifications

• Experience selling roofing or exterior home improvement products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable closing deals virtually and managing objections.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients who previously chose not to move forward.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners solve roofing and exterior issues with tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM software.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights.
