LB Capital in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to re-engage warm leads and turn them into long-term homeowners. You will educate homeowners, build trust, and close deals virtually in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You’ll thrive as a proven closer with experience in exterior home improvement sales, comfortable with CRM systems and office tools, and motivated by revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven closer with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling roofing or exterior home improvement products (preferred).
• Comfortable closing deals virtually in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural communicator who builds trust and rapport quickly.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients who previously chose not to move forward.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners solve roofing and exterior issues with tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM software.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights.
