Gopuff is seeking a Site Leader to join the Field Operations team in Dallas. You will lead a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates and oversee the facility’s operations, ensuring efficient deliveries, inventory, equipment and systems.

You will drive improvements in KPIs such as order picking time, dwell time, drive time, order defect rate and cost per order, and manage budgeted productivity and labor while ensuring policy compliance and strong team guidance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lead in a changing environment and develop teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours including peak times and weekends/holidays.

Mansioni

• Plans, directs, and is accountable for all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
• Drive improvements to KPIs such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order.
• Accountable to drive the financial performance of the site by ensuring budgeted productivity, labor, and other expenses are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with Gopuff and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse.
• Implement and monitor HR compliance, asset protection, safety controls, and quality assurance reviews.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve performance and guide the management team in confidential information handling.
• Train site leadership to control expenses and labor to meet budget and sales volume.
• Create and implement plans to improve the facility's financial performance.
