Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Site Manager to lead a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, overseeing a facility's operations and a team of independent Driver Partners. You will drive KPI improvements and ensure safe, compliant operations while managing budgeted productivity and expenses.

The role requires a self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and a strong ability to execute in a fast-paced environment, with peak hours (5pm–3am) and weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in fast-paced environments with blended W2/1099 teams.
• Retail/grocery/restaurant experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven change agent with process improvements.
• Ability to adapt to evolving schedules and peak hours (5pm–3am).
• Willingness to support weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and is accountable for all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
• Drive improvements to KPIs such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order.
• Train and coach associates to work safely following standard work and processes.
• Manage budgeted productivity, labor, and other expenses to support financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse.
• Monitor safety, asset protection, safety controls, and quality assurance reviews.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve performance and guide the management team.
• Create plans to improve safety, culture, and financial performance of the facility.
