Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a senior warehouse leader to oversee all operations, drive KPI improvements, and ensure financial and regulatory compliance. This role requires managing a blended workforce with strong communication and change-management skills.

You will lead site teams, implement plans to improve efficiency, and ensure safety and asset protection across the warehouse. A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in similar roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of managing and leadership experience in a fast-paced, blended workforce.
• Experience in retail/warehouse/logistics or equivalent environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Directs all warehouse operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
• Drive KPIs like Order Picking Time, Dwell Time, Drive Time, and Cost Per Order.
• Manage budgeted productivity and labor to hit financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; analyze reports for decisions.
• Lead HR compliance, asset protection, safety controls, and quality reviews.
• Develop plans to improve performance and coach site leadership.
