Job summary

TTM Technologies seeks a VP, Value Added Assembly (VAA) to lead the P&L for the VAA business within the Integrated Electronics division, focusing on radar and RF technology. The role oversees program managers, with matrixed support from operations, engineering, and sales, and is remote with up to 50% travel.

The leader will shape strategy, drive orders, growth, and performance, and ensure delivery of customer value while maintaining ISO 9000 compliance and strong ethics.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in Aerospace & Defense, radar/RF focus.
• Experience implementing organizational change in A&D electronics.
• Manufacturing experience and strong program management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for the VAA business group and communicate strategy.
• Set goals for orders, sales, growth, and operating performance.
• Lead development of market, product, and technology strategy aligned with roadmap.
• Manage program managers to develop plans, schedules, budgets; monitor progress.
• Ensure quality and customer satisfaction; promote continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, finance, HR, and IT.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9000 and ethical business practices.
