Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a motivated Business Development leader to drive growth in the Radar Test & Evaluation market across Aerospace, Defense, and Government sectors. You will combine radar domain expertise with relationships to identify, shape and win strategic opportunities for advanced test solutions.

The ideal candidate has deep radar experience, understands architectures, and can influence programs from concept through deployment. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 5+ years in radar, EW, RF or defense sensing.
• 5+ years in business development, capture or program management.
• Proven ability to win opportunities and build relationships.
• Experience with defense agencies and contractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic growth plan for radar T&E across aerospace and defense.
• Identify and shape opportunities with OEMs, labs, and agencies.
• Lead account development and influence requirements early in cycles.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to drive wins.
• Coordinate resources for compelling value propositions and proposals.
