Job summary

Keysight Technologies Inc. seeks an Integrating Manager to lead the Radar Test & Evaluation segment in a designated region.

You will translate strategy into tactical plans and guide a team of business development managers, engineers, and supervisors to win key accounts and execute go-to-market programs. You will collaborate with field sales, product marketing, R&D, and solutions engineering to align offerings with demand, while ensuring compliance with export-control and ITAR requirements for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of first- and second-level management experience.
• Experience managing managers and directing several departments or workgroups.
• Working knowledge of radar, RF/microwave, or electromagnetic-spectrum systems and defense landscape.
• Track record of regional sales/BD strategy and forecasting against objectives.
• U.S. person status or export-control eligibility for defense engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own regional radar T&E operations, growth, and market positioning.
• Translate strategy into tactical plans, programs, and forecasts.
• Lead and develop a team of BDMs, engineers, and supervisors.
• Identify and prioritize key accounts; set regional sales targets with field sales.
• Shape solution narratives for radar T&E portfolio and ensure compliance.
