Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an Integrating Manager for Radar Test & Evaluation. You will lead regional operations, translate strategy into executable plans, and manage a diverse team of BD managers, engineers, and supervisors to win key accounts in defense and government segments.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership within radar/RF domains, with proven ability to drive regional go-to-market strategies, forecast pipelines, and ensure compliance with export-control requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field, plus typically 5+ years of relevant experience as a first- and second-level manager.
• Experience translating strategy into tactics and managing multiple departments/workgroups.
• Proven track record in regional sales/BD strategies and managing a sales funnel.

Responsibilities

• Own the radar T&E segment operations and regional business objectives.
• Translate portfolio strategy into tactical plans and short-term forecasts.
• Lead and develop a team of business development managers, engineers, and supervisors.
• Identify and win key accounts across defense primes, contractors, and government labs.
• Shape solution narratives for Keysight's radar T&E portfolio and stay ahead of market direction.
