Qualifications

• 15 years of progressively responsible leadership in aerospace, defense, electronics manufacturing, or related industries.
• 10 years of executive leadership with P&L responsibility.
• Proven success leading complex manufacturing and engineering organizations.
• Experience managing government and commercial customer relationships.
• Strong strategic planning and business acumen.
• Strong financial management and P&L leadership.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for TAES, aligning with Teledyne's objectives.
• Lead growth initiatives and pursue opportunities within defense, aerospace, and government sectors.
• Oversee engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program execution.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and capability.
• Cultivate executive-level customer relationships and drive business development.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and ethical standards across all operations.
