Qualifications

• Active U.S. DoD Top Secret security clearance is required.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• ~20+ years of progressive technology and technical leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading major radar design and development efforts.
• Subject matter expertise in advanced radar technologies and sensor applications.
• Strong executive-level communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-range technical strategies and roadmaps for radar, antenna, and sensor capabilities.
• Provide senior-level technical leadership across radar development efforts.
• Identify future technology needs and prioritize R&D investments.
• Guide development and transition of technologies into deployable defense capabilities.
• Influence product and technology strategy across the lifecycle of radar/sensor systems.
• Develop relationships with defense customers, government stakeholders, and partners.
