Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks a VP, Value Added Assembly (VAA) to lead the VAA business within the Integrated Electronics division, focusing on radar and RF technology. You will drive strategy, customer collaboration, and program execution across a global manufacturing network.

This role requires 15+ years of aerospace and defense leadership, strong financial acumen, and a track record of delivering on-time performance with quality. Travel up to 50% and remote-based work are supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• 15+ years of leadership in Aerospace & Defense, Radar or RF technology.
• Experience implementing organizational change.
• Experience in A&D electronics with manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, strategy, and leadership for the VAA business group.
• Set goals for orders, sales, growth, operating performance, budget.
• Develop market, product, and technology strategy aligned with roadmap and orders plan.
• Lead program managers to develop and implement business plans, schedules, budgets.
• Plan and allocate resources; ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Ensure quality and continuous improvement; maintain communications with other functions.
• Comply with company policies and ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
