Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a VP, Value Added Assembly to lead the VAA business within the Integrated Electronics division.

You will drive strategy, oversee program management, and coordinate with operations, engineering, and finance to deliver on performance, growth, and profitability targets. The role requires strong leadership in Aerospace & Defense, program execution expertise (EVMS), and the ability to manage cross-functional teams with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Aerospace & Defense
• Experience with program management and EVMS
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives and cost/schedule performance

Responsibilities

• Provide the overall vision, strategy, and leadership for the business group and communicate to the organization.
• Set goals and objectives for the group, including orders, sales, growth, operating performance, budget.
• Lead development of market, product, and technology strategy aligned with roadmap and IRAD needs.
• Maintain financial acumen and monitor trends for growth and execution.
• Lead a team of program managers to develop and implement plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Allocate resources and ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Ensure continuous product improvement and cooperate with other functions to meet goals.
• Comply with company policies and ethical business practices.
