Qualifications

• Extensive 5+ years in radar systems, radar testing, or defense sensing technologies.
• 5+ years in business development, capture, program management, or strategic account management within Aerospace & Defense.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Radar Test & Evaluation market.
• Identify, qualify, and shape new opportunities across radar modernization, missile defense, air defense, ISR, electronic warfare, and multi-domain sensing programs.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities aligned with annual and long-term growth objectives.
• Engage customers early in the acquisition cycle to influence requirements and position solutions before formal procurements.
• Lead account-development strategies for key radar OEMs, system integrators, government laboratories and defense agencies.
• Coordinate internal resources to create compelling technical and business value propositions.
