Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering (or related).
• 15+ years progressive engineering leadership experience.
• 8+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering organizations.
• Experience in SATCOM, aerospace, defense electronics, or related tech manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering plans aligned with product/technology roadmap.
• Lead multiple engineering disciplines including systems, RF, electrical, mechanical, software, and manufacturing.
• Oversee lifecycle from concept to production release and sustainment.
• Establish budgets, resources, and performance metrics for engineering.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams and leaders.
