Job summary

IPSY is seeking a VP of TPM to partner with the CTO and lead a centralized PMO across our technology org. This hybrid role blends strategic planning with hands-on governance to drive platform modernization, checkout and payments, and fulfillment for a high-growth e-commerce model.

You will manage a portfolio of strategic programs, build a robust operating rhythm, and elevate delivery excellence. Strong communication and deep tech fluency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 12+ years of technology leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a PMO or similar governance role.
• Experience with consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce, or subscription platforms.
• Fluent understanding of delivery mechanics, instrumentation, and engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual planning, OKR alignment, and progress tracking across technology.
• Define and implement the centralized PMO vision, operating model, and governance.
• Lead portfolio of strategic initiatives across platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscriptions.
• Build scalable governance models and ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations.
