Job summary

IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to partner with the CTO and lead the centralized PMO across our technology organization. This hybrid role blends strategic planning with hands-on program leadership for a high-growth e-commerce platform.

You will own a portfolio of initiatives across platform modernization, checkout, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems, building governance, metrics, and a best-practice operating rhythm.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology leadership spanning strategy, program management, and digital operations.
• Experience in consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce, or subscription platforms preferred.
• PMP/PgMP or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic execution and CTO enablement across the tech organization.
• Define and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives with governance and operating model.
• Build and lead a PMO team, standardizing Agile/hybrid/stage-gate methodologies.
• Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs at scale.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to strengthen Agile practices and delivery.
• Own Digital Operations, reliability, and site-event readiness.
