Job summary

IPSY seeks a VP, TPM to partner with the CTO and lead the centralized TPM function across our technology organization. This is a remote-friendly role blending strategy, governance, and hands-on program management for a fast-growing e-commerce platform.

You will drive annual planning, portfolio management, Agile enablement, and operational excellence, building a high-performing PMO to support platform modernization, checkout, fulfillment, personalization, and subscriptions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in a PMO.
Experience in consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce, or subscription platforms.
Delivery mechanics, instrumentation, and engineering culture knowledge.
Strong financial acumen with budgeting, ROI, and governance skills.
Executive presence and excellent written/verbal communication.
Bonus: PMP, PgMP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Strategic execution & CTO enablement; drive planning and progress tracking.
Lead centralized PMO; define vision, operating model, governance.
Define/manage portfolio across platform modernization, checkout, fulfillment, personalization.
Build and lead a high-performing PMO team; implement Agile/hybrid frameworks.
Drive end-to-end cross-functional program delivery; enable data-driven decisions.
Oversee risk, budgeting, KPIs, and governance; ensure alignment across org.
