Job summary
IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to lead the centralized PMO and partner with CTO to drive platform modernization, checkout, fulfillment, and personalization for a high-growth ecommerce and subscription platform. This remote-friendly role requires strategic execution, governance, and hands-on leadership to accelerate delivery while maintaining reliability and customer experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- 12+ years of technology leadership experience
- Proven track record supporting executive leaders (CTO level)
- Hands-on fluency with delivery tools and modern PMO practices
- Experience with consumer-facing digital/e-commerce platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead the centralized PMO function with vision, operating model, and governance.
- Define and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives across platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscriptions.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of PMO professionals; establish standardized methodologies.
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex cross-functional programs and improve delivery velocity.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to strengthen Agile practices and governance.
