IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to partner with the CTO and lead a centralized PMO across the technology organization. This hybrid, hands-on role covers platform modernization, checkout and payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems, with governance and metrics to drive fast, reliable execution.

The role balances strategic board-level communication with practical delivery, ensuring reliability and customer experience as core business metrics while interfacing with Engineering,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology leadership experience spanning strategy, program management, and digital operations.
• 5+ years in a PMO.
• Experience in consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce, or subscription platforms preferred.
• Fluent in delivery mechanics and instrumentation across the org.
• Hands-on fluency with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com.

Responsabilités

• Drive annual planning, OKR alignment, and progress tracking across the technology organization.
• Lead the centralized PMO function; define and implement its vision, operating model, and governance framework.
• Define and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, subscription systems, and experience transformation.
• Build the operating framework the org uses to prioritize work, track milestones, resolve dependencies, manage budget, and flag risk.
• Keep Business, Engineering, Product, Data, and Infrastructure aligned on scope, sequencing, and delivery dates.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of project/program managers; establish standardized methodologies (Agile, hybrid, stage-gate).
• Drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs; introduce best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance execution.
