Job summary

IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to lead the centralized PMO across the technology organization. This remote-first role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, partnering with CTO, Product, and Engineering to drive platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, and personalization for a high-growth e-commerce platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in technology leadership spanning strategy, program management, and digital operations, with 5+ years in a PMO.
• Experience in consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce, or subscription-commerce platforms preferred.
• Fluent in how digital platforms actually ship and get measured—delivery mechanics, instrumentation, engineering culture.
• Hands-on fluency with delivery and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent is a plus, and salary is based on location and experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual planning, OKR alignment, and progress tracking across the technology organization.
• Lead the centralized PMO function; define and implement its vision, operating model, and governance framework.
• Define and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems.
• Build the operating framework the org uses to prioritize work, track milestones, resolve dependencies, manage budget, and flag risk.
• Keep Business, Engineering, Product, Data, and Infrastructure aligned on scope, sequencing, and delivery dates.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of project/program managers; establish standardized methodologies (Agile, hybrid, stage-gate).
• Drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs (platform enhancements, personalization, fulfillment optimization).
• Introduce best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance execution (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, portfolio tools).
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to strengthen Agile practices and delivery predictability.
• Support roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and release governance.
