IPSY is seeking a VP of TPM to partner with the CTO and lead the centralized TPM function across the technology organization. This hybrid role blends strategy, governance, and execution for a high-growth e-commerce and subscription platform.

The VP will own strategic technology programs—platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems—driving operational excellence and scalable delivery at pace.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; 12+ years in tech leadership spanning strategy, program management, and digital operations; 5+ years in a PMO.
• Experience in consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce, or subscription platforms preferred.
• Fluent in delivery mechanics, instrumentation, and engineering culture; able to translate across the org.

Responsabilidades

• Drive annual planning, OKR alignment, and progress tracking across the technology organization.
• Lead the centralized PMO function; define and implement its vision, operating model, and governance framework.
• Define and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems.
• Build the operating framework to prioritize work, track milestones, resolve dependencies, manage budget, and flag risk.
• Lead a high-performing team of project/program managers and establish standardized methodologies.
