Job summary

IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to act as a trusted partner to the CTO and to lead the centralized TPM function across our technology organization. This is a hybrid/remote role that blends strategic leadership with hands-on program management for a high-volume e-commerce and subscription platform.

You will own the portfolio of strategic technology programs including platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems, while building the operating rhythm,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, CS, or related field.
12+ years of technology leadership experience, with 5+ years in a PMO.
Fluent delivery and collaboration tooling experience (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com).
Experience with consumer digital products, ecommerce, or subscriptions preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive annual planning, OKR alignment, and progress tracking across technology.
Lead the centralized PMO, define vision, operating model, and governance.
Define and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives across platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, and personalization.
Build and lead a high-performing PMO team and establish standardized methodologies.
Drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs and improve delivery velocity.
Partner with Product and Engineering to strengthen Agile practices and release governance.
